1. The abstract is limited to 2,500 characters, not including the title, authors,
affiliations, city and state.

2. Title: The title should be brief, clearly indicating the nature of the study. Type is in
bold and all CAPS.
3. Authors: State all authors’ initials and last names only. Italicize the presenting
author’s name.
4. Affiliation: List institutional affiliations, city, and state, separated by a semicolon (;).
The following symbols *, †, and ‡ may be used to denote more than one affiliation.
See the following example:
The FNM meeting will be held in Bogotá, Colombia… M Schmulson,* A Hani.†
*Institution, City, State; †Institution, City and State.

Abstract Format

• Title (concise, in bold capital letters).
• Authors and Co-authors (Abbreviation of first name followed by full last name, separated by
  semicolons. The first author’s name should be italicized.)
• Introduction (context and objective).
• Methods (brief description).
• Results (main findings).
• Conclusions (clinical or scientific relevance).
• Tables and figures may be included.

1. Access the official congress platform and go to the “Abstract Submission” section.
2. Complete the online form with the requested information.
3. Attach the abstract in the corresponding field (PDF and Word files).
4. Confirm receipt via the automated email sent by the system.

• Submission Opens: January 5, 2026.
• Submission Deadline: June 1, 2026.
• Abstract Acceptance Notification: July 1, 2026.

• The scientific committee will evaluate abstracts based on originality, relevance, and
  methodological quality.
• Accepted abstracts must be presented in poster format following the design guidelines that will be
  sent later.
• Acceptance implies a commitment from at least one author to register for the event.
